Booking & Scheduling

How does mobile tire service work?

You pick a service and a time online. Our fully-equipped van rolls up to your driveway or office parking lot. You give us the keys, and we get to work. Most jobs are done in under an hour.

Can I book same-day service?

If you book before noon, we can often fit you in the same day depending on the route. Check the live calendar at checkout or call us for emergencies.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. As long as your vehicle is parked in an accessible spot and we have access to the keys (via a lockbox or arrangement), we can complete the service while you're away.

Pricing & Payment

How do I pay?

During our launch phase (Phase 1), we accept E-transfers and major Credit Cards via a secure link sent after the service is completed. Cash is also accepted on-site.

Are taxes included in the prices?

The prices shown on our website are before tax. HST (15%) will be added to your final invoice at checkout.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel is included for all areas within our standard HRM service zone. For areas outside this zone, a small travel fee may be calculated based on your distance.

Service Quality

What brands of tires do you carry?

We have access to all major brands including Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, and more. We source new tires within 24-48 hours.

What if my tire is non-repairable?

If we arrive and find that a puncture is in the sidewall or otherwise unsafe to patch, a $50 service fee applies. We will then provide you with a quote for a replacement tire.
