Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Flash Tire provides mobile automotive services within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). We come to your location to perform tire swaps, brake services, and periodic maintenance as described on our website.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 service fee.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to 15% HST. Final pricing is confirmed based on the vehicle information provided at booking.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, solid surface and is accessible for our technicians. Accurate vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, and Tire Size) must be provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for perfection, the customer remains responsible for the overall maintenance and safe operation of their vehicle. Governing law: Province of Nova Scotia.
